Architectural Photography | Carthusian Monastery
The Royal Carthusian Monastery used to be a royal palace built by King James with the intention of creating a palace for his son Sancho. In 1399 a guy named Martin of Aragon gave away all the royal stuff to some Carthusian monks so they transformed it into their sanctuary.
And some other interesting fact is that It is where Chopin spent time composing music during the winter time. This charming building with a hint of green on its tower is like a nature's flavor. You can see this monastery in the beautiful island of Mallorca, Valdemosa, Spain. Enjoy
