มาพบกันเช่นเคยครับ กับวันนี้ขอเสริมความอร่อยเช่นเคยวันนี้ผมมีข้าวมันไก่มาฝากทุกคนนะครับเรื่องราวของอาหารมื้อนี้นะครับไฮไลท์เลยจะอยู่ที่มื้อเย็นนะครับมื้อเช้ากับมื้อกลางวันเปลี่ยนเมนูที่เรียบง่ายมากจนดูไม่น่าสนใจนะครับ แต่ว่าจะไม่พูดถึงเลยก็ไม่ได้เนาะก็อย่างน้อยก็ต้องมีแหละคนเรามื้อเช้ามื้อกลางวันต้องมีรับประทานนะครับไม่มากก็น้อยบางคนอาจจะไม่ได้ทานข้าวนะครับบางคนอาจจะดื่มกาแฟกับขนมปัง แต่ถ้าคนใช้รายงานนะครับส่วนใหญ่แล้วมื้อเช้านี้เป็นมื้อสำคัญนะครับหลายๆคนถ้าเป็นคนใช้แรงงานนี้ต้องทานแน่นอนมื้อเช้า แต่ถ้าเป็นสายอาชีพที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้แรงงานมากนักก็เบาๆนะครับอาหารเบาๆ บางคนก็แค่กาแฟ 1 กระป๋องก็เอาอยู่แล้ว อาชีพแบบนี้ที่ผมเจอส่วนใหญ่ก็คือพวกที่เป็นพนักงานขับรถส่งของนะครับก็คือแค่นั่งบังคับพวงมาลัยนะครับแล้วก็มีสมาธิกับการขับก็จะไม่ได้ใช้พลังงานมากนักนะครับแต่ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้เอ่อสมาธินะครับมากกว่าการใช้พลังงานอย่างอื่นในร่างกาย
