The first thing I should say "Thank You" for the good activities from @cch and @visionaerfund, for this contest about Food Photography Challenge - Week 35 my entry is 🌺 Mackerel Chili Paste with Boiled Vegetables 🌺

I'm a person really likes taking photos of the cooking process, because it shows the ingredients before and after making food. The main part of this menu's deliciousness is Chili Paste I will add mackerel as the main ingredient. The taste of chili paste is mainly spicy, sour, and salty.

Ingredients for making chili paste:
Mackerel
Chili
Shallot
Garlic
Lemon
Fish sauce
Coriander

Step 1 : To begin with, I will grill mackerel, garlic, shallots, and chilies until cooked.
Step 2 : When the grill is cooked. I pawned a mackerel and carved out only the mackerel meat.
Step 3 : Take chili, garlic, and shallots that have been grilled and cooked. Let's pound it together. After that, bring the mackerel meat to mix. Season with lime and fish sauce, then add chopped coriander and mix well. Finished.
