I want to share to you pictures that I caught when I was at Guizo, Mandaue City. I found a bitter gourd besides the basketball court. It can be grown everywhere especially in a loan sandy soil.
Bitter Gourds grow it's flower 40-55 days. It is cross-pollinated through insects. It's flower become fruits about a week.
And about two - three weeks bitter gourd is ready for harvest. Bitter gourd is good for business in the Philippines. It is sold 80 - 100 pesos /kilo (4.5 STEEM - 5.6 STEEM). It can be consume raw or cooked. My favorite bitter gourd recipe is stir fry.
I used my OPPO A96 to capture these photos. Have a great day everyone.
