Food Photography | Daily Photography Challenge - Steet food in Chinatown

This is tofu placed in a broth, garnished with chopped spring onions. A simple and light meal, but certainly a delicious little thing when you're in a hurry. I bought this little dish in a fast food restaurant in Port Louis, which is the capital of Mauritius. Port Louis has a small Chinatown in the old city center. That's where I had my lunch meal. The population of the island originates from all corners of the world, which is reflected in the street food. You will find food from every corner of the world. Not only restaurants, but also street food.
