This photo is my entry to https://steemit.com/hive-109690/@theentertainer/architectural-photography-week-5-or-daily-photography-challenge-or-capture-click-compete
Bridges can be magnificent examples of architecture. One of them is this amazing bridge in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This iconic pedestrian bridge is called Puente de la Mujer. It's located in the district of Puerto Madero. The bridge seems to be the most visited attraction in the city. There are lots of people here any time of day. The name means «women's bridge» and is supposed to resemble a couple dancing tango, acording to the architect. The Spanish architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava is behind the design. In 2001 the bridge opened up for pedestrians. The length is 170 meters.
