Food Photography Challenge - Week 32 | "📷Capture, Click, Compete!📷" | Turkish Coffee
Observe the preparation process if the establishment performs the process in front of customers. Turkish coffee is prepared by boiling coffee grounds in a cezve, a traditional cooking vessel made of copper or brass. The brewing process involves adding water and coffee grounds to the pot, followed by placing the pot on a small stove. The coffee grounds are stirred continuously until they begin to foam on the surface. Once the coffee is ready, it will be carefully poured into your cup. The foam should remain on top until the liquid settles to the bottom.
Sip your coffee slowly, enjoying its strong taste and aroma. Because it is thick and strong, it may take a while to drink it all. As you sip your Turkish coffee, take a moment to appreciate the atmosphere of the cafe. Observe the other visitors, listen to the conversations and immerse yourself in the culture of the place.
