It is good to feed them five times a day. Eat meat twice a week. Have two or three days of lean food and consumption of pulses. Plenty of fruits and vegetables, as well as fluids, should also be taken.

Our diet should include complete proteins - dairy products, low-fat cheeses, cottage cheese, fish, white poultry meat, eggs, oatmeal, flaxseed, bulgur, corn, millet and others.

It is good to take foods rich in tryptophan, because it is a vital amino acid for humans. The human body does not produce it and must be supplied through food or supplements.

Chronic tryptophan deficiency leads to reduced levels of serotonin and other neurotransmitters, which can affect mood, impair memory and increase aggression.

All whole grains and seeds, including nuts, contain tryptophan. Banana and dark chocolate are also rich in this amino acid. 30 g of dark chocolate per day is recommended.

I recommend eating green leafy vegetables during this period, as well as apples, strawberries, cherries, apricots and peaches.
