Everyone has some or the other favorite food. Different people have different preferences. Some like vegetarian food and some like non-vegetarian food.i eat vegetarian food.

My favorite food is Naan, Pulao and Matar Paneer curry. Peas and paneer vegetable is very much liked by everyone in our house. Peas and paneer vegetable is often prepared in our house. Paneer is mostly everyone's favorite food.Paneer is prepared from milk so it is healthy too.

Yes, I know how to prepare Matar Paneer curry. I often make it at home. Know the recipe of Matar Paneer curry

Materials

A kind of cheese
Green peas
Tomato
Onion
Ginger
coriander leaves
Green chili
Milk or khoya

Spices

Kashmiri Chilli
Red chilli
Salt
Turmeric
Coriander powder
Ground cumin
Ground black pepper
Garam masala etc.

Method

Step 1

First of all, we will heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, then add cumin and asafoetida to it. Then put chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves in it, cover it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2

On the other hand, pour milk in a pan and cook it until it dries up and becomes khoya.
Then after cooling the mixture of cooked tomato and onion, we will grind it in a grinder.

Step 3

Cut paneer into small pieces and boil green peas, then we will put oil in a pan and add a little cumin and asafoetida to it. Then we will add the onion and tomato mixture that we have prepared by grinding in the mixture and fry it.

Step 4

When this paste melts well in the pan. Then we will add spices to it when all the spices mix well in the tomatoes. Then we have made up for what we lost in this. He will add, mix everything well. When everything is mixed well,

Step 5

then he will add pieces of paneer and green peas and stir it and then add water to it as per the requirement that how thick we want the vegetable. Then it will come to a boil.

Step 6

Then add garam masala and add coriander leaves. Our Matar Paneer curry is ready.

Everyone likes Matar Paneer curry here at home as well as in hotels.

Paneer curry is very much liked by everyone in our house. Paneer vegetable can be made in many ways, Paneer Butter Masala, Kadhai Paneer, Handi Paneer, Paneer Do Pyaza etc. all vegetables are excellent for paneer. Paneer is made from milk, so it is also beneficial for our health.

No one in our house likes to eat anything when paneer, naan are all these dishes. Everyone in our house is very fond of paneer. Be it paneer parathas or paneer curry or sandwich, everyone likes it very much.
