This opinion is shared by most experts. The head of the SEC has surely realized the mistake of last year, when he delayed the approval of the BTC-ETF, contrary to the obvious positive decision.
🇻🇨 It is likely that this time Gensler will resist to the last, claiming that ETH is a security, but in the end he will give the go-ahead under market pressure.
