Hoy en día aún existen culturas donde la crianza de los hijos es de manera estricta por un lado está bien porque el niño aprende a ser responsable y a cumplir con ciertas reglas y normas que le impone sin embargo también tiene sus grandes desventajas ya que este adquiere desconfianza hacia las personas en este caso los padres y no tiene comunicación con ellos y si la hay es muy poca

I agree with you. I went through same experience of not been able to communicate with my parent rather just a little communication. Now I am trying to make communication longer and interesting but seems to be hard.
