Steemit Engagement Challenge | S7W5 | If I were The Principal".

Being a principal is a dream come true for the most person who has a passion for teaching and is also a lover of kids. Someone passionate to see future generations grow in such a way that they will be great leaders of tomorrow. But the truth is that the job is not a day job because it requires a lot of energy, wisdom, strategies, and comment and one has to learn how to work with people both good and bad, as the principal will encounter a lot of challenges.

If I should be a principal I will be always up to my game, I will make sure that the school is up to standard also I will always carry my staff alone because there is a saying that says, no one is a reservoir of knowledge. Carrying them alone will make them share some ideas which I believe will be beneficial to the school as well.

I will also make sure that the school is well conducive for both the student and staff. Books and materials will be available for both the staff and children for easy learning.

I will make sure that I associate with other principles because I believe we are all on the same page and our ideas will do a whole lot for the growth of my school.

I will always Let the students know I care about them, also I will Show interest in what students say, whether or not it pertains directly to the lesson. Moreover, I will Treat all the students and staff with the same respect which I expect from them.

• All my staff must come to work early, and they will be very punctual. Also, I will make sure that they begin class on time and in a professional manner.
• Taking care of the students and always looking out for them.
• Take care of classroom property so that the student will not temper with it.
• All teachers will Learn the meaning of terms, especially slang, used by students. Also,

Ooh yes, sport is one of the activities that will make the school more lively for all the students. In that case, I will make sure that I promote sports activities in the school and I will make sure all the students that are interested in sports get all the support they need to learn any type of sports game they are interested in. Sport is also an activity that makes us keep our bodies fit so as such promoting it in my school will never be a bad idea but it will be an added advantage for me to see the student enjoying their favorite games.

First I will make sure that I buy all the sports facilities, then I will divide the student into four groups and I will make sure that all this group has their sport master who will always coach them on how to play each of the sports. After that, I will organize a sports competition at the end of every team to see how fast the student are good at each of the sports activities they decided to participate in which I believe will be more interesting for all the students.

Also, I will allow my student both the girls and the boys to go out for competition with another school if the chance arises.

The things I will do to provide an easy atmosphere for the student to learn are;

• I will make sure that the school is very conducive to learning, also I will make sure that the atmosphere is good for the comfort of both the student and the staff.
• I will make sure that the school environment is very needed and well-kept at all times.
• I will ensure that I provide the student with a standard library and a good classroom that will be very conducive to learning.
• I will introduce E-learning so that the student will get acquainted with the new world technology.

While my experience with my school principal was very interesting because he was a very good man who always carry all his staff alone. My principal back then was very hardworking and dedicated to his job. Also, he is a man of his word when he tries implanting new things for the student he makes sure that he chose them well. More to that his relationship with the student, staff, and parents was so nice.

If you come to the school new you will hardly who is the owner of the school because he plays a lot with us and he always makes sure that we learn to some extent. My principal was the person that made us know numerous states in my dear country not just knowing the state but traveling out for escorting at the end of the second term in other to learn more things and also know some basic things about our dear country Nigeria.

Seriously my principal is just the best, because of his hard work and the relationships build with people. Currently, he owns two different schools in my state and he is running both schools effectively.

In conclusion, it will be a great privilege for me to be a principal and if that is accomplished I will make sure that I try my best to see that I promote the school up to standard for easy learning. I wish to invite @mjerry @bensam2040 and @jasminemery to come and take part in this very contest.
