Dear community members brothers and friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is doing well from their respective positions. Alhamdulillah I am also fine but it is very hot because of the unbearable condition. We all know that Bangladesh is the motherland of the city. In this country we see six weathers and six forms. Anyway today I will share with you the feelings and some photos of the month of Baisakh.

Bangladesh is a country of six seasons. In these six seasons we see nature in six forms. Now the month of Baisakh is going on but it is very hot in this month of Baisakh. For several days, the temperature is 35 to 37 degrees Celsius. Most of the people of Bangladesh are laborers, some have left their homes and left the city. Only GB Ghat will remain. Working hard to earn money to keep the family happy. As most of the people are laborers, they find it difficult to work in this summer.We will try because there is a lot of damage to the body. For more water intake and saline intake. In this heat, people's taste is spoiled and there is no desire for food. Due to which the body becomes more and more weak.Shram GB Man's biggest valuable resource is his body. So we must always take care of the body. This summer children should be taken care of the most.Today temperature is 37 degrees Celsius but it feels a little calm due to light breeze. In urban area, there are many places where air cannot circulate between buildings, there are more ricks for people to stock up. Those who have a little problem with heart should try to keep themselves safe place in this heat.

Let's talk about what foods should be eaten and what foods should not be eaten this summer. We can eat almost all kinds of food. But due to the heat, the taste in our mouth is spoiled. Due to which we have problems with upset stomach, feel hungry, don't want to eat rice and various problems occur. In this heat, excessive sweat comes out. Due to which the sodium potassium balance of our body is lost. Then the body collapses and feels very tired.

Foods that are very important to eat.

Saline, food water, lemon juice, canned water, cucumber, watermelon, pineapple, guava, spinach, papaya, spinach etc. There are many other types of fruits that will fill our body and keep us fresh. We will always try to eat such dishes.

Foods that are best for us not to eat this summer.

Any vegetable that is grated with more salt. It is better not to eat food with extra spices, fried khichuri, food with extra oil, any fried dry food bought from the market, any fried curry or bhaji etc. It will make your body more uncomfortable. And will help to weaken the body.
