Encouraging students enrollment is the best method for any teacher to be a good principal. I would like to say that you have told each and everything in very clear manner. You have spoken that being approachable and friendly with students can make them feel free for all the time. In this way the students can share their problems with teachers easily with open minds. This is a great initiative taken by you if you got selected as a principal.

Secondly you have told that school principal is responsibil for maintaining self disciplinary actions in any school or college and you have elaborated them very well. I like ur blog brother @prabin09.
