To Everyone, welcome back to my post today I am here for you again now I going to share with you my workout experience today I have done compound Exercise 2 set of bicep, 2 set of tricep & the 2 set of chest because I had done all my specific exercise of this week so that's why today I choose to stay with compound workout.

  • As same day I woke up early in the morning at 5:30 around and then I take a shower for refresh my self and ready for morning prayer after that I am meditate for 10 min to take extra rest.

  • Here Now I am telling you the real fact about workout me on myself notice many of people they do the wrong exercise for bulking Let me tell you the actual exercise in Gym.


I am starting my Workout with cardio and starching for 5 min it maintain my body to help in workout. After that on the bases that what set I am going to do First. First I notice that which body part should need for 2 time exercise a week.

Today I started my exercise from chest because I need to build my chest first and I also love chest because it gives such an attractive type of look to our body. I do the chest in 45 kg weight 3 set of game.

After that I shifted to bicep exercise and first I perform a Cable Curl exercise because straight bar or rope attachment to pump my bicep very hardly its start pain and I do 3 set of game with 30 kg weight after that I take dumbbell curl in this game I feel pain to much and I do that with 25 kg weight 3 set of game.

After performing a bicep I shifted to Tricep Pushdown machine its best machine for tricep ever in gym I do the 3 set of game 20 kg weight.

After my workout a couple of min I order Turkish pizza for myself in diet its work in bulking body.

At midnight I order zinger burger for myself and momos which is Indian traditional food its very testy in taste and love to eat momos every its best for building body.
