What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?
I will do many things to improve the school. School is a place of learning. And the growth of the school will depend on how skilled and proficient the students are in the field of education. That's why I will work to increase education first. Not every student in school learns the same way. Some students are very polite and can study very well. Dustam does more but studies properly. Some students do less mischief but study less.
In this case, I will give a suggestion that the school teachers should be given such a task that the students who can read well, those who can read with good quality, give them a little less responsibility and those who are a little weak in reading should do well by giving proper guidelines. And politeness is one of the most important things in education. For this reason, before checking the politeness of the students, the politeness and speech behavior of the teacher should be good. Those who do not study too mischievously can be guided by a teacher.
And the naughty boy will do well in studies. And those who do a little better will share their learning with others to further their learning and grow theirs. It is not the case that only if you can study well yourself, you should be able to do it yourself, those who can do well and those who can't do well should be encouraged to study together practically and through competition. I think the most important thing for growth is that good students should contribute as well as teachers and it is the teacher's responsibility to guide these good students. And thus growth is possible very easily.
What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline?
Maintaining politeness and discipline in education is of utmost importance. First of all, the teachers should maintain the behavior and discipline rather than the teacher. And this ideal teacher should be appointed I think. Students will receive the education that will be given. If the behavior of this teacher is not good then the behavior of the students will never be good. A good teacher can bring the mischievous and unruly students on the right path. That's why I would say that the behavior of the teacher should always be nice. And that's exactly what I'll do. The more humble and polite the teacher teaches the students, the more polite the students will be. And teachers and students can gain a lot.
Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?
Sports should be done at school level. Sports is a means of entertainment. Students should set aside a specific time each day so that they can play sports during that time. And teachers have a very important role to play in doing this. I make a point, students who study for more than forty minutes or 10 to 12 hours at a stretch. All those students face many problems. At a young age, they suffer from many diseases, including hair loss and weakness. That is why students should play sports at a specific time every day.
And each class should not be longer than 40 minutes. A ten minute break should be given after 40 minutes. Therefore, the brain of the students gets fresh and the next new reading works well in their mind. That's why I think sports should be kept in educational institutions. And those who are good at sports should be trained from childhood. It is the responsibility and duty of an institution to organize many types of sports in the educational institutions of the students. Besides, large-scale events should be held at least twice a year by educational institutions.
What do you do to provide the easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students).
There are many important rules to make learning easier for students. For example, educational institutions should hire experienced teachers and highly skilled teachers to easily explain to students. and to explain any reading in relation to their real life. If any reading is explained with real life, it will be remembered for a long time. And it's the easiest way to relate reading to real life in the field of study. In addition to creating a class room and peacefulness a class. And Class T should be designed very nicely. Because if the environment is good, the mind is also good. This is also a simple way of explaining education. In any education, students should study in relation to real life.
At last, tell us about the personality of your school principle in your matriculation level.
The first thing I saw in the school I attended was a lot of bad drinking and poor academic progress. And a new school principal is appointed. And the principal was very good and behaved much better than last time. He worked on many types of rules and how to promote education. And he used to see his present antigens of students daily and gave many tips to those who are not regular in school to come regularly. And finally the school prospered a lot. Rang, the principal of the school, has been able to improve its education.
