Guys, as all you know in our previous post we discussed Psyche Dimension. Today, we will discuss GTO and Deputy President Dimension.

GTO Dimension

Next day after Psyche day is GTO's day. Early in the morning after mess candidates are carried to Johar Hall where group are made by GTO. Each group consist of 10 to 12 members. GTO give a special chest number to every candidate. This chest number is the identity of the candidate. After allotting chest number, GTO Carry candidates to a room for indoor tasks.
Note: GTO's tasks are of two types

. Indoor tasks
. Outdoor Tasks

Indoor Tasks

GTO indoor tasks are of two types
. Lecturate
. Group Planning

Lecturate

In this task GTO conduct a lecturate from each candidate. In this, GTO give two topics to each candidate, candidate has to select one topic and has to speak for 3 to 5 minutes.

Group Planning

In this task, GTO explain a situation to the candidates. He give 15 to 20 minutes to candidates to make a plan. After the time limit, he call each candidate on stage and candidate has to explain his plan. After individual planning. GTO give 5 minutes to candidates. Candidates make the plan together then all the candidates select one candidate to explain the plan.

So that was all about indoor task

Outdoor Tasks

GTO's outdoor Tasks are of Four types
. Progressive Group
. Half Group Race
. Command Task
. Individual Obstacle

Progressive Group Task

The first task of GTO's outdoor tasks series is Progressive Group Task. In this task GTO give you a task with three hurdles. You have to complete this task together within 20 minutes

Half Group Race

In this task, GTO make two groups of two person each and give some hurdles. You have to cross these hurdles within given time.

Command Task

Source
In this task, GTO make commander every candidate in a sequence or randomly. A hurdle is given to the commander. Commnder has to pass the hurdle with his fellows in given time.

Individual Obstacles

The last test of GTO series is Individual Obstacles. There are nine Obstacles at Issb. Each candidate has to complete the obstacles as much as he can. He can also repeat the Obstacles to get more marks.

So that was all about Outdoor Tasks

Deputy President Day

Next day is the day of Deputy President.
Deputy conduct the interview of the candidate and a Group discussion.

Group Discussion

The first task that deputy conduct is the group discussion. In this task he give two topics, Urdu and English respectively. Each candidate has to participate in group discussion and speak on both topics.

Interview

The Final test of Issb is Interview. Interview is the most important part of overall process. Interview tenure is different depending on the candidate. I want to give you following suggestions regarding to Interview:
. Study yourself and your family
. Must know about your strength and weakness
. Must know about current affairs
. Must know your educational status
. Reason to join Armed forces.

So that was all about Interview

Then all the candidates go to their room and take rest.

Next day is the departure day.
