Assalamu Alaikum, my steemian friends. I hope everyone is safe and sound. I am also well and healthy by the grace of Allah. Once again Steem4Bloggers has come to us with a beautiful competition. The main topic of this Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 7 Week 4 is A Meeting with The President.
The position of the President is above everyone else in the country. The constitution of the country says so. According to the constitution and constitutional norms, the power of the President is actually how much? This requires some logical explanation. If this is the case, then the place of our expectations from the President can be adequately understood. Not related to the structural issues, one can get an idea about the scope of the President's powers in many other areas, including establishing good governance and settling political disputes. Only the President can significantly improve the country's rule of law and human rights situation by managing it smoothly.
Ordinary people need the opportunity to meet the President. But if I ever get a chance to meet him, I would like to present to him three proposals based on the development of my country. Below are my three suggestions.
- Proposal for economic growth of the country.
- Proposals for infrastructure development of the country.
- Proposal for women's empowerment.
Economic growth means the output of goods and services in a country's economy over time. Generally, the percentage increase in the gross domestic product of a country is termed economic growth. Economic growth is the primary determinant of how well a country is progressing economically. In simple terms, economic growth refers to the percentage of growth in gross domestic product. Year-end prices of goods and services may be calculated at current prices during annual growth calculations. But at the end of the year, the value calculated at the current price of goods and services may be adjusted in proportion to inflation; It will give an objective measure of gross domestic product.
Some of the essential factors affecting the economic growth of a country that I would suggest to the President are :
Initiation of Planned Development : All these countries cut the economic gap through planned programs of economic development. The case is slightly advanced.
Agricultural development : In the agriculture of developing countries, the journey of modern advanced methods began instead of the old Mandhata period farming methods. Irrigation improved, and improved types of seeds and chemical fertilizers were introduced.
Industrial development : In all these countries, industrial development began, and new industrial establishments were continuously established. As a result, the industrial sector's contribution to the national income gradually increases. But agriculture is the main livelihood of the people of all these countries.
Improvement in National and Per Capita Income : Due to some progress in agriculture and industry, the country's people's national and per capita income increased slowly but steadily.
Capital Formation: The process of capital formation begins in developing countries. As the per capita income of the people increases, the saving power gradually increases.
Bangladesh must do infrastructure development. Big projects should be implemented so that capacity increases. If Bangladesh is a developing country, the credit rating will be good. As a result, foreigners will be attracted to investment. There are international financial institutions that will give more importance to Bangladesh. It will be easier to take loans from different international organizations. If you are a developing country, there will be many opportunities. There are also many challenges. After the transition from LDCs, the trade will face various challenges, including tariff benefits.
For this, some preparation needs to be done before 2026. In particular, infrastructural development will be needed so that the continuity of development before Corona can be carried forward. The competition will increase in the export sector. Skilled human resources will be required. Because if the human resources are efficient, productivity increases. As a result, the competitiveness of Bangladesh will increase in the post-LDC world market.
Improving education, providing medical facilities to remote areas, and creating training facilities for developing skilled human resources are essential. If all these are done, it will become significant for ordinary people when the developing country becomes a developing country in 2026. For this, these preparations have to be made from now. If we start preparing, Bangladesh can meet these challenges.
Women's empowerment is the process of women's empowerment. Empowerment can be defined in many ways, but when it comes to women's empowerment, empowerment means accepting and allowing people outside the decision-making process (women). Empowerment includes awareness raising, literacy, and training measures to increase the dignity of women through education. Women empowerment empowers women to make life-defining decisions through various issues in society. Women empowerment helps women to develop their sense of worth.
Women's empowerment has become an essential issue of discussion in development and economics. It can also refer to other marginalized gender practices in specific political or social contexts. Women's economic empowerment refers to women's ability to exercise control over and benefit from resources, income, and their own time while managing problems and improving their economic status and well-being.
Meanwhile, to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, progress must be made in achieving Goal 5 (Gender Equality and Empowerment of All Women and Girls). Otherwise, the achievement of other goals of the SDGs will be hindered, as 50 percent of the country's population is women. We will be mindful of our national and international commitments. However, at this stage, it should be remembered that for women's empowerment, it is not enough to increase women's competence, skills, mental strength, etc.
That is why the adverse environment in all fields, including legal, social, and political, must be turned into a favorable environment. Only then can we expect meaningful progress in empowering women.

Allowing women's to have a saying in government is very important as it will help improve girls child Education and impact other women not be just a housewife.

Hello My Friend @shiftitamanna, I strongly agree with your proposal for economic growth, infrastructure development and women's empowerment in your country. These are the three most important areas that need to be addressed, and I believe that if the President is presented with these proposals, he/she can effectively address the issues and bring about a positive change.
I also believe that the President should be given the opportunity to hear the voices of the citizens. The citizens should be given the chance to express their opinions and views so that their voices are heard. This way, the President can understand the needs of the people and create policies that can effectively address them. This will ensure that everyone's needs are met and that the country is on the path to progress.

Your proposal for women improvement is really a good idea, I think most women should imporwered in any little way the government should, reason is because most women around the world are the ones now taking good care of there husband die to one sickness or the other.
