Good Day my Steemian families, hope everybody is doing amazingly in your areas of endeavors, as l am doing well myself. This theme is very important in this generation, as it is here to enlighten many on the importance of education and also that of employment. I give the tomb up to @khursheedanwar for introducing a sensitive theme to the Steemian.

Which thing you would prefer? Education or employment

I prefer to be educated. Education is the master key to success, one can not do things that he does not have knowledge of it and succeed, and how would you know the knowledge of it? until you devoid yourself of learning which is referred to as "Education".

Give two reasons for your preference. (Education or Employment)

I preferred education to employment because education is a guide to success. For example, one may be lucky to inherit wealth through his family, but without this guide called education, he can't manipulate the wealth properly.

in terms of investment, he will not know the right investment and will end up being a failure. From there the wealth will start reducing since he doesn't know how to increase it or maintain it.

Secondly, anyone who is aspiring to hold a top position in the country or any organization must do that through education. The low education can't rise to the top level management but have to settle down for low offices which will not yield any good reward.

In which field there is more investment required in your country? (in education or in giving employment to others)

In my country education is the highest priority of the government, the number one aim of the government is to eradicate illiteracy and encourage literacy by doing so the nation will be a producing country, not a consuming country.

Any nation that is based on production always creates employment opportunities for its citizens, so education comes first before employment. That is why the government is investing more in education by building schools and subsidizing school fees for students.
