The month of May which is going on is a month which comes in summers in Pakistan and there is a lot of sunlight in this month so I want to talk about sunlight that what are its benefits and how we can take it in a proper way and what are the dangerous of sunlight!

There are a lot of benefits of Sunlight because first of all it is a richest source of vitamin D. Majority of the population knows that vitamin D is important for our bones and their growth but there are also many benefits of Vitamin D in your body including improving your skin and hair as well as giving you a soothing effect and relieving your stress also so all these are the benefits of Vitamin D so we cannot ignore this vitamin in our life.
From my personal experience I have seen many people who thinks to gain vitamin D from sunlight and they do also but the major mistake which I have seen is that they cover their self first from sunlight and cover their skin especially because they think that Sundays are harmful for them. Yes I agree that sunrise our harmful but there is a proper way to gain vitamin D from sunlight.

It is a very important to know that your body doesn't absorb vitamin D until or unless your body parts are not exposed so you should not cover to yourself and if you want to protect yourself from the harmful rays of Sunlight so the best time to gain vitamin D from sunlight is the time from 7 to 10 hours and in between this time you can gain maximum vitamin D in your body by exposing your body parts and your direct skin in front of sunlight.

With the passage of time ozone layer is depleting which protects us from the harmful rays of Sun which are the ultraviolet radiations so ultraviolet rays that are originating from the Sun may also be a cause of skin cancer that's why it is said that the best time to gain vitamin D from sunlight is morning time so select the best time and best way to gain Vitamin D and remains safe.
