I plan my suhri meal in such a way that it keeps me fueled till iftar. I keep food like fruits vegetables meat fish dal etc in my food list. Also I keep dairy products. And by eating these foods I and by eating these foods I can fast by the grace of Allah.

I eat healthy food for Iftar because I have to go without food all day due to fasting. And after fasting all day when it's time to break the fast, I think there is nothing better than dates to break the fast. I keep shulam boot mudri sharbat fruit also fried or processed food in my iftar list.

It is very important to stay mentally and physically healthy during Ramadan. In the month of fasting, there is an opportunity to drink water from Iftar to Sahari. Since we cannot drink enough water due to fasting, we should drink enough water during this time. In addition to drinking water especially on hot days, we can eat coconut water along with various fruits such as watermelon, cucumber, tomato and vegetables.

Because we can fast only if our body is healthy. And we should take care of food and our body. And in the month of Ramadan, reciting the Qur'an more and praying. Because praying gives exercise to the body which helps to keep the body healthy. We all should be health conscious so that we can fast well.
