being the principal of my school will be so great and interesting because I will amend many things that needs to be in order and I will also take the school more forward and to a great height, below I will be given so many things that I will do according to the contest guildines given and I believe also that you all will have a lot to learn

What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?

being a qualify principal of a school I really have some responsibilities especially to improve the growth of my school academics and also to make my school the best and reach a greater heights, improving the academics of my school will also improve all the students when it comes to impacting knowledge and also way understanding of what is being taught, the following include the steps I will follow

• employing of quality and responsible teachers [that really knows and understand the subject/course that they are into]

employment of quality teachers is the first steps that will will take because for student to improve in their education you need to employ a teacher that really knows what he or she is teaching about and the average of knowledge that he or she can impact into the student, for the school to improve in their academics you really need to consider a good teacher and also a responsible ones

because their are some teachers that don't really know what they are teaching and also the good procedure to teach for student to understand, employing in teacher that don't really know how to teach and are not responsible will definitely bring down the school not only the academy system, because their are some teachers that are not really responsible of their self some of them can force to have sex with a female student while some will not dress decent and come to school as early as possible now what do you want the students to learn it will definitely bring down the school

• making a good/condusive classroom for learning and teaching

this is a good and improtant way of improving the school academic because if there if there is no good and proper classroom for learning student will not learn every well and also it will not be condusive for teacher to even teach, student will not be properly teach and also impact the with the necessary knowledge that they really paid for

as a good principal I will make sure that I will make all classroom more beautiful and condusive for learning, by putting electric fan, painting and properly ruffing in I will also produces good sits for student and a good board for teaching and if possible I will add a computer system in all the classroom so that the students will be technologically train and expose to many good things

• I will ensure that there is discipline in they school

when i mean discipline not only on student but also on teachers I will make sure that all teachers updated their note and I will mark it to show that's good, also I will ensure that all my teachers are in school before 7:00am and also dress properly, I will also ensure that all are responsible teacher and that there is no misunderstanding between the teachers and the student, I will also and always keep checking if the teacher are really teaching the students on the way the will understand and learn

and for the student I will make sure that any student that comes to school late will be severally punish and flog and also I will ensure that all the student a ride by the rules and regulations of the school and no student will raise against it's teacher no matter what,I will also make sure that the students are quite all the time and also well dress to school with the appropriate school uniform

• provision of good school laboratories and library

I will make sure that the school laboratory is properly kept clean and that all the necessary things are provided and I will provide a quality and a expensive school laboratory for science student to understand everything that are being taught

I will also provide a good library where many good books and quality documents are being kept and I will ensure that it is always clean and also quite all the time. to ensure that students can impact more knowledge through many books that are in the library and also have a quiet moment

• I will provide a good playing ground and also provide computer system in all classes which student will be using for learning

I will ensure that there be a well playing for student where nay games can be performed like football, volleyball, table tennis, basketball and many and this will make student more happy and also be exposed to many games and become professionals

Also.i will provide computer sytey in all the class room to ensure easier understanding of what that is being taught at class I will also ensure that student understand and fight to see that the learn how to use computer system and also be expose to many technologically aspect

What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline?

there are so many tips I will really give all the teachers so as to improve and maintain discipline in the school the include the following tips

• I will ensure that teachers punished any student that is late to school

coming to school late has being the most several things that always bring bad names and regards to the school, and it is seen that many students always come to school late I will have a brief metre with the teaching regarding on how to stop this and at the ends I will enact a law that any one that comes to school late will be punished in a way he or she would like or will be flog until they cry I believe that doing this will bring more discipline to the school

• I will ensure that teachers seriously punish those that doesn't abide by the law of the school

not having a regards to the school rules and regulations is another thing that seriously hinder the school and it brings disorder and misunderstanding between the teachers so by seriously punishing those that offend the rule and regulations I believe that others will learn from their mistake and stop all nonsense and I also believe that it will bring more discipline to the school

• punishing those that makes lot of noise in the school when and after teaching

this is another process of making student Respect their self and this is the most problem that every school is having noise making by student noise making has brought lot of disturbance to teachers and students and it is being made by student who are not educationally focus and interested or those that are to stubborn so I will make sure that the are all punish severally in they way that others will learn from them and I believe that it will encourage a quiet school and condusive learning center and will fully encourage discipline in the school

Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?

yeah sport really promote the school and it brings out expect in student, promoting sport in a school really make the school more alive and interesting and it encourages student the more, sport is another things that can maintain the way we see things and increase the way we thinks, student who are engaged in sports really make then happy and excited and it will make them improve in any career in sports

• i will encourage student to be more serious in any aspect of sport that the are specialized on

this would be my encouragement on student including boys and girls, encouraging student to be serious in sport is because no one really know where his or her success will come from, this will develop the best in them and make them specialist on that particular sport and the might find favour to represent the country one-day and through that way the will succeed in life, sports is another things that really makes one to go far and to many countries of the world

if you are talented in any sports you must surely make only if you will determine it, many people might not be educationally stabled but when it comes to school the are specialist and expectist, encouraging student will really bring out the best in life and through that many if them will really know where the are talented on and start their journey pushing hard to succeed through it

I will improve many things and also provide many things make the atmosphere easy for student to learnt it include the following

• provision of teaching equipment and intrusment like board, chalk, desk ,and many things
• provision of computer system for teaching and to improve the student technologically and also to make learning
  easy and understandable
• provision of good classroom for condusive teaching and learning
• making sure that teachers are qualified to teach and impact knowledge
• making sure that teachers update there note and also give assignment and homework to student
• providing good environment for learning
• provision of E-LEARNING in the school

my principal is really such a person and stick to the problems that student are really facing and also assure to make them settled, he insure that the school is being arrange in an orderly form and manner and that things are really moving fine and great, he is a good fearing man and a man of is own word, when looking at his personality in my maltriculation level

he really makes sure we are served what we really need and stand to fight any indiscipline in the school, get ensure that teacher are qualified and also teach in the way we will understand, in my maltriculation level he ensure that all students are being carried along and no one is left behind he is always looking on many ways to keep improving the school and he is really a hard-working man
