Recently 23 November we celebrated Tulsi poojan in our country. In hindu religion there is lot of festival.
Dipawali, Holi, Rakshabandhana, Navratri and Ganpati is major festivals. We give special importance to Tulasi .
we celebrate Tulsi vivah and do worship of Tulasi mata. Tulsi is also very important in ayurveda this is very helpful in making medicine. In hindu mythology Tulsi is very scared plant and we should do worship at daily basis. Tulsi is considered an adaptogen, which means it may help the body adapt to stress and normalize physiological functions and Tulsi may have a role in managing diabetes by helping regulate blood sugar levels. so we are give very importance to tulsi plant in our country .

as a Hindu calendar we celebrate Tulsi puja on the Ekadashi day a 11th day of the Kartik month and Devotees take extra care of the Tulsi plant during this period. It is watered, cleaned, and decorated with flowers and lamps.
