Introduction

Steemit is one of the platforms that introduced me to so many great people that I didn't imagine I was going to come in contact with and has helped me academically, socially and digitally. I had zero knowledge about crypto until I came in contact with steemit.

Today, I will share with us about a steemian I met.

What is the name of the steemian you have taken picture with and how did you meet him/her?

This is Mr Patrick Gideon who goes by the username @pato84 on steemit.
He was signed up to steemit before me and we always communicate on the phone until sometime in August 2021 where we finally met at College of Education Akwanga and he was a total opposite of how I envisaged him to look like. 😂
He is married to @linheart and they are blessed with two beautiful kids.
Pato84 is such a wonderful person that one never gets tired being around him though he can be a pin in the butt due to his inquisitive nature and he used to be my fighting partner but I believe that was how we express our love as he calls me his steemit sister. 😆

What have you learnt from the steemian since you guys met?

Ever since I met pato84, I learned consistency, hardwork and his vast academy knowledge.
Each time he makes a post, I always pick a new word or learn something new from him.

Do you think that this steemian friend of yours has been an active, if yes, what has always motivated him/her if no, what have you done to keep him/her active

For a while now pato84 has been inactive not because he wished it to happen so but due to some circumstances beyond him and I'm sure he will overcome soon.
I myself have been inactive for a while until this week when I decided to go against all odds to resume back. Though I've been absent, I always encourage him to be active even if it's just once a week.
About weeks ago I was at his shop and I tried to encourage him to resume back and he promised to try his best and even yesterday and today, we talked about steemit.
Truth is our discussion is always revolving around steemit as it's the only business that joined us together.

What present or gift do you intend to give this steemian friend of yours as the year ends or in this festive season.

I had no plan of giving him any gift this season but with this contest organized by @simonnwigwe, I'll think of something that will benefit his entire family though it might not be huge.
