Tooth brushing prevents one's teeth from decay, which is a dental cavity, which is a tooth hole in the teeth that can lead to tooth loss.
Teeth brushing prevents teeth from smelling. This condition can prevent one from having intensive interaction with his or her friends, family, and loved ones.
What do you prefer? Multiple times brushing or a single time per day?
I prefer brushing my teeth multiple times; this can take just 2–3 minutes of our time. Regular brushing, like bribing the teeth 1-2 times a day, is very good for the health because it removes a lot of plaque from the teeth. Refusal to brush teeth regularly can cause a lot of gum disease and plaque in our teeth, so it is better to brush teeth multiple times a day.

Floss your teeth.
The bristles of your toothbrush cannot get in between your teeth, which is where the food you eat gets stuck. It is advised to floss your teeth before or after eating, even if it is once a day.
Use the right size toothbrush.
It is of utmost importance for your toothbrush to be very perfect for your usage because you don't need a hand that is too long or short or a head that is too big or small; you just need it to be at its perfect size, just like your toothbrush size.
Replace your toothbrush regularly.
When a toothbrush is used for about two to three months, it is advised to replace it because bacteria have stocked up on the bristles, thereby making the bristles weak and then fall off.
Be gentle with your toothbrush.
Hard brushing will be vigorous on your teeth, so it is better to be very gentle so that you don't damage your teeth.
Don't forget to brush your inner teeth.
Most people concentrate on brushing only the outside teeth, forgetting the chewing surface and molars. We have to give as much attention to the inner teeth as we do to the outside teeth so that our teeth will not smell and will be healthy.
