You have rightly stated that the people who are unemployed who are capable should get jobs then we should help them by looking for jobs and see how qualified they are and because of unemployment they have to support their families. can't even lighten the meat of and help them and besides many of the points you have highlighted about the corruption ,kidnappingsand all the other points.
If those people have skill everyone will carry out their business transaction smoothly without any difficulty and lives of citizen will be at peace. The money they earn from such skills will help them to take care of their family and some people that relate with them. #steem-on my dear sister.
