Small fish cooked with raw mango ||15-05-2024

Hello my dear steemitian friends. how are you all by the grace of Allah. everyone is fine I am also fine. Today I will share with you a recipe. The recipe is to cook raw mangoes with small fish. So let's begin.

Here are the ingredients I need to cook the recipe:

1	small fish	250
2	raw mangoes	1 p.m
3	Crush Onion	3 p.m
4	Garlic paste	1 tsp
5	Onion paste	1 tsp
6	Chopped coriander leaves	2 tbsp
7	Salt	1 spoon
8	Turmeric powder	1 tsp
9	Chili powder	1 tsp
10	Raw Chili	4 p.m
11	Soybean Oil	Hap Cup
12	water	as quantity

Step: 1

The vessel in which I will cook first does not contain the fish.

Step: 2

Add chopped onion, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, raw chili, garlic onion paste, soybean oil to the fish.

Step 3:

All the ingredients are mixed together well by hand.

Step: 4

Mixing materials are not mixed with enough water.

Step 5:

Put the hair in a bowl. Keep the heat on medium.

Step: 6

After 10 minutes remove the cover and add the chopped mangoes.

Step 7:

After adding the mangoes, boil again for 2 minutes.

Step: 8

Then add chopped coriander leaves after 1 minute.
