It doesn't matter the number of subscribers is still small. As long as this community is run properly and correctly, over time the subscribers will increase by itself.
The best way to attract subscribers to a community is to run contests. The second way is to reward followers who are active in the community every week. For example, you can choose the top 3 most active Steemians in the community. Then send some Steem power or TRX to her.
