"My Village In Five Photographs"
Hello Everyone, I am @max-pro
From #Bangladesh 🇧🇩 My dear friends, I hope you are all well. Today I am going to share with you My Village In Five Photographs contest, organised by @memamun. Thank you very much for that. so I am inviting my friends @kuhinoor, @emsonic, @pea07 to participate in this wonderful photography contest. I am going to share pictures of five different places of my Mirzapur village with location. So let's start..
PICTURE-1
In the above picture you can clearly see the brickyard on one side and a river on the other side. It is located near our village. Even though there is a brickyard on one side of the road and a river on the other side, the brickyard causes air pollution and noise pollution that can negatively impact local vegetation and human health. But the atmosphere was calm due to the presence of clouds in the sky and the fun of traveling in such a pleasant environment is different. Due to the presence of the river, there was a possibility of having a somewhat cool and lively environment. There was greenery and scenery near the river which gave a sense of peace. This road is the alternative highway to our village. So I took this picture while driving on the highway.
PICTURE-2
In the picture above you can clearly see the afternoon sunlight hitting the road harshly. Next to it is a signboard from which directions are given and next to it is the light water of the river. When the intense afternoon sun shines on the winding streets of the village, the surrounding scenery looks quite bright and sparkling. The reflection of the sun on the road creates a hot sensation that hits the eyes. In such light the pitch road seems to melt and walking or driving on the road can be quite uncomfortable. But this scene is part of the familiar and aesthetic natural beauty of rural Bengal which can also give a kind of peaceful feeling. Although at the moment I was taking the bike. At that moment I bound the picture in photography.
PICTURE-3
In the picture above you can see a man selling sugarcane juice during summer. His small shop has a machine that grinds sugarcane to extract the juice. Trying to shield from the heat of the sun with an umbrella over the shop. A few customers have gathered in front of his shop. Some are sitting trying to escape the heat. The customers are thirsty and expect some kind of relief on their faces as the cool sugarcane juice will relieve them from the heat. The man grinds the sugarcane and pours the cold juice into a glass and gives it to the customers. Some are standing and drinking, while others are sitting in the shade with a glass. Adding some ice to the juice makes it even more refreshing. A few small lemons are also placed beside the sugarcane juice, so that one can mix lemon juice with the juice if desired. The sugarcane juice shop has become a temporary place of tranquility for the shoppers even as the heat and sun are felt all around. In such a situation I clicked this picture.
PICTURE-4
In the picture above you can see a poor boy selling shoes in the village market. He may be 16 to 22 years old. Wear simple clothes, maybe an old shirt and pants that are quite dirty. Looking at her feet, she herself might be wearing a cheap or old pair of shoes. In one corner of the market, he lays out a piece of cloth and arranges a variety of cheap, rubber or plastic shoes. Some shoes are new, some may be old or repaired. Market passers-by occasionally glance at his shoes but not all are buyers. The boy is calling customers by himself. Maybe saying "Brother take the cheap shoes!" There is some hope in his eyes because maybe by selling these shoes he can provide money to the family. Try to fulfill your studies or daily needs. I went to the market and saw this situation and took a picture.
PICTURE-5
The image above shows an auto rickshaw crossing a bridge in cloudy weather. On a cloudy day, I started the auto-rickshaw moving slowly over a bridge in the village. I went to Mirzapur city for some reason. There are thick clouds in the dark sky around, it may rain at any moment. There is a coolness in the air that brings a sense of relief after the intense sun or heat. Looking towards the bridge from the village road, one can see a few more auto-rickshaws dhulamakha probably from far away. It is slowly crossing the bridge. The river or canal water on both sides of the bridge is somewhat turbulent, because the wind is also quite strong in cloudy weather. River water is flowing down through the gap between the pillars of the bridge, and the sound of autorickshaws is mixing with the environment. I took the picture from inside the auto rickshaw in such an environment.
Ultimately I think a photographer's passion usually involves taking pictures and being creative. We photographers are always looking for new places, lights and moments to capture in our cameras. We have a deep fascination with finding beauty or something unique in every scene. All photographers want to say a lot with a picture. Each picture can convey a story or an emotion and this passion for storytelling drives them. All these add to the passion of a photographer to constantly see, learn and creatively capture something new on camera.
