This time, the topic chosen for the contest is if I were the principal. So let's start exploring the topic by answering some questions.

The principal of a school is considered the commanding leader of the institution, with complete control and supervision of all its activities and operations. This position is accompanied by a lot of responsibilities, such as maintaining discipline, planning and conducting various school events, managing the staff and faculty, and assuring that everything runs smoothly. The principal must also present and encourage an optimistic academic and social environment and set high standards for both students and staff.

What would you did for the growth of school in academics?

If I got the possibility to be the principal somehow there will be some key factors I will concentrate on some of which I will list below.

• Strategies for Encouraging practical learning:

To help the school grow academically I will plan to focus on practical learning.I want to motivate students to explore what they are learning in class by doing research and thinking deeply about the subjects.

This will help them build their understanding and become more practical. It will also prepare them for the real world by giving them skills they can use in their future careers.

By making learning more interactive and exciting, students will be more motivated and confident to learn more.

• Improving the Assessment policies

Evaluating students through enhanced assessment policies is essential for academic growth. This can be achieved by adopting creative evaluation methods such as performance-based assessments such as projects, presentations, and group work instead of depending only on traditional tests.

This approach provides a more accurate evaluation of student understanding and skills and allows students to showcase their knowledge in a meaningful way. Using productive assessments throughout the learning process is also important for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

These strategies help ensure students receive a comprehensive education that prepares them for future challenges.

• Digital Learning

The third point that I want to do for more betterment of academic growth is the motivation towards digital learning. Using technology in the classroom helps encourage students and keeps them updated with the latest advancements. Digital resources like online learning platforms and educational apps provide students with access to information and the ability to learn at their own pace.

This kind of learning also prepares students for the advanced future that is the reflection of technology. By adopting digital learning schools can improve the education of the students and prepare them for success.

What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of discipline?

Discipline plays an essential role in the progress of a school. Without proper discipline management, it becomes difficult to maintain order and a safe learning environment. As a result, the school may struggle to rank among the top institutions.

• To address this I will encourage teachers to implement laws and developments for disobeying. This will help students understand the importance of following rules and make them think twice before breaking them.

• By implementing strict discipline measures we can ensure that students are able to learn in a safe and productive environment eventually leading to the overall success and growth of the school.

• I wish to improve discipline by empowering students with the importance of discipline, they will have a greater sense of responsibility and will be more likely to contribute to the positive atmosphere of the school.

• I will try to improve the rules by providing the proper structure of the rules to the students and teachers as well before the commencement of the classes so everyone will take care to maintain each policy.

Do you think sports should be promoted at the school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?

To develop personality extra curriculum activities are as much important as reading and screaming books as it leads the person to be more fit and confident to face these activities and help to develop important life skills so I think that sports should be encouraged along with academic activities.

As the principal I will organize the sports and promote them among the students firstly want to guide the students about the benefits of participation and building personality through teamwork and faith.

Sports can be encouraged by offering different coaching programs and scheduling different sports including cricket, football, and hockey, these programs will encourage the students to enroll themself in their favorite plays and help to fit them physically as well as mentally.

When the students will got good physical and mental health this will obviously increase their interest in their studies as well. Engaging in such activities can also boost their confidence and self-respect, helping them become more self-assured and comfortable in social situations.

What do you do to provide an easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students)

There are so many ways to develop a good atmosphere between the teacher and students to encourage a better atmosphere of learning. Teachers should always guide the students about their timetables and schedules for help if the student wants this will help the student to interest in the particular subjects.

On the other hand, there will be also a strong and good communication bond between the students and teachers which will help to encourage students and feel free to ask their inquiries. There should be a friendly environment and learning behavior.

Teachers should evaluate and create the schedule steps for each day of learning this will give the students an idea that what they have to go through the next day. Creating a suitable environment is an important factor to learn freely without any stress and be more skillful in the field.

To create a good learning environment, teachers should guide students about their schedules and encourage open communication. Teachers should also evaluate and plan daily learning steps to give students an idea of what to expect. Having a friendly and stress-free environment is important for skillful learning.

With the blessings of the Almighty, we got the principal Sir Hassan of my matriculation school in my hometown was truly exceptional. He had a deep sense of responsibility and always encouraged us to share our ideas for improving our learning and personal growth.

He was truly a blessing to us students, and his guidance has helped shape who we are today. His unwavering commitment to our success and efforts was truly inspiring he has good behavior with us. Due to his hard work, our institution was included in the leading institute in the town which was a factor of encouragement for us.
