How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah.


It's really very important to talk about health because you all know about an old saying which is about health and it is health is wealth but some people consider money as a wealth so yes it's true but if you have money and not have a healthy life then there is no need of that money so first you should be healthy for enjoying everything in your life that's why I am here to share some health tips in your life that would be very helpful and informative for you guys.

Sharing step by step health tips

Some of the important health tips that I am going to share with you guys are follows:

  • Improve your diet.
  • Improve water intake.
  • Regular exercise.
  • Have good sleeping hours.
  • Maintain your body weight

If we talk about improvement in eating habits or changing or improving our dietary lifestyle then it includes to add healthy and essential nutritious foods in our diet which includes all the vegetables foods as well as meet but if you are pure vegetarian then no worries you can get proteins of meat from any other things including pulses and gram etc.


Next thing which is most important is to take care of your water intake because you all know that water is the essential part of our body but many times people just focus on their diet and they think that water is not a part of diet that's why I also especially mention about water intake so a normal person should drink at least eight glasses for maximum of 12 glasses per day.

Exercise or meditation is a very important thing that you should must add for keeping yourself healthy because they both are the things which are the natural medicine of you and keeps you relax all the time and are important for a disease person as well as for a person who is healthy from many of diseases.

It's very important and essential to have enough sleep everyday and there should be minimum of 7 hours for sleep and maximum of 9 hours for sleep in an adult but sleep duration varies from age to age so here I am talking about adults but if I talk about children then there duration is greater for sleep and with the passage of time or with the passage of age sleep duration reduces of all people.

So this were all about some healthy tips by following all of them you guys can improve your overall health so I think post would be quite informative for all of you.
