Hope so everyone will be safe and sound just like me. You all know that this is a month of Ramzan which is my most favourite Islamic month and there are a lot of things to do in the month of Ramzan related to worship and related to learn patience through fast.



What are the health benefits of fasting in Ramadan?



There are a lot of health benefits of fasting in Ramzan. Basically fasting is defined as to avoid any bad act and also to avoid eating or drinking from the time of sunrise to the sunset. Fasting have a lot of health benefits scientifically and some of the health benefits I am going to share.

🌟 This thing is proved scientifically that having a fast of one month in one year improves your whole body metabolism and makes you very healthy so this exercise and this practice should be done once in a year and you can choose any month to do this.
🌟 My religion is Islam and many years ago before this research Allah Almighty already says do all muslims through his book which is Holy Quran that everyone should be in a state of fast in the month of Ramzan and now a days this thing is also has been proved scientifically.


🌟 It is very good to keep your stomach empty for some hours as Muslims do while fasting and keep their stomach empty for at least 10 to 12 hours so it's a very good exercise for your stomach also.


🌟 Your blood pressure also remains maintain while fasting because when you eat a lot then excess of sodium from everything that you eat cause you increase in blood pressure so fast regulates your blood pressure also it's a very good health benefit of having a fast.




What are the some misconceptions regarding fast?



There are a lot of misconceptions regarding the Ramzan some of the misconceptions that are in my knowledge I really want to discuss with you.

🌟 I have listened from many people that they say that fast lowers your blood pressure because when you don't eat anything for whole day then it may lowers your body mechanism and Lowers your energy but it's not wrong fast can never reduces your blood pressure in fact fast is a best way to regulate your blood pressure.

🌟 Other misconception regarding the fast is that some people says fast causes you weakness but it's not true fast makes you more healthy and energetic.


🌟 One misconception regarding the fast is also people say that fast may cause you dehydration but I don't think so that it's true because if you stay hydrated between the timings of Iftar and Sahar then you cannot get deydrated.



What is my favourite Sahar and aftar recipe?



My favourite recipe for sir is to have one chapati along with one glass of lassi aur one plate of yogurt. In fluids I like lassi in my sehri time and for eating with chapati I like yogurt because it is very healthy and don't cause dehydration.

During Iftar time many of the people like oily things but I think it's not good to make habit to eat oily things at daily basis that's why mostly in aftar I like fruit chat cream chat or Russian salad.



What are some tips to keeps yourself mentally and physically healthy in Ramadan?



Hey I am going to share some tips that keeps your mind and keeps you physically healthy.

🌟 Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
🌟 Avoid to eat oily things in both timings either they are the timings of Iftar or Sahar.
🌟 Don't consume a lot of water at a time because human body cannot store water that's why drink water in a normal amount that you can bear easily.

🌟 Don't eat excess of food that may cause you knows your like feelings or you can also become ill after consuming a lot of food which is not healthy at a one time.
