Complement of the season to you from all parts of the world. I'm pleased to be here and equally taking part in this contest. I will be exposing the detail of this contest below.

What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?

Growing your school in Academics is not just a day job but it must be slow and consistent. What i will do for the growth my school is to first employ qualified teachers who are capable of teaching and are not limited to what they know but think outside the box.

Before employing a teacher, i will first set an exam for them based on the different subject they have applied to teach in the school. I will make sure that my school is live online and equally have a website where information of the school can be access easily.

I will go to radio house to give them the information concerning the school for announcement. The information will based on what we offer and the quality staff who can impact into the students. This will help the school to become more pronounced and recognize. I will make provisions of free school uniforms for all students who will register between the time interval of 2 months as this will call for Fast registration in the school. I will give free WAEC and JAMB lessons.

What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of discipline?

Discipline is very important when it comes to Academics. I was posted as a teacher during my national youth service Corps (NYSC), and i discovered that teachers were not that disciplined. We took more than our period to teach the students thereby not allowing them to have their own free time during school hours. Immediately the children went home, they told their parents about it and they quickly called the Proprietress of the school.

The next day we were all summoned at the Proprietress office for redress. Here we were told to leave the class immediately our period is over and since then, we keep to that rules.

I will not allow the teachers to allocate marks to my students if it wasn't end by the students themselves. This is a life story where i thought Economic and computer, but since the school was owing me i decided to hold back the score of those students but the Principal had formulated marks and give to them all.

When i discovered it, i went to the Proprietress and I told her the rubbish which she employed and I left for the Principal's office. I called her to a side and I told her that I understand that this is somebody's business, if not, I would have shared the script to the students but that would destroyed the image of this school. Please this point is very important; don't allocate marks to the students when it's not end by them.

Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?

Sport is very important in school even the government of Nigeria had approved sports in all school levels. Sport keeps the body fits and makes the brain to be smart and very active. Whenever sport is being held in school, i will make sure that the participants go back with good packages as this will encourage others who had not participated to do so in the next sport event.

Parents race will also be introduce as this will make the event to be more lively. Presents will be given to all the parents who boldly came out to do the running.

What do you do to provide the easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students).

Students fear Cain a lot and i will make sure that the students are never beaten by their teachers but they should be given punishment in place of beating them. I will keep 2 hours every Fridays for prayers between the students and the teachers and this will create more familiarity among them.

At last, tell us about the personality of your school principle in your matriculation level.

My school principal was a mad woman! This is because she had no regard for anybody. How can a principal make such a comment "Go home and meet your poor wretched parents"? the woman was too full of pride and authority and this make her to be removed from the school. She was doing all that because it wasn't her school but government school. In all, her personality had nothing to write home about.

Conclusion

If i were the Principal, i would have lowered myself knowing that life has its part to play in every once life. Today the principal had been sacked because of her bad attitude and assault.

Teachers should not allocate marks to the students to make the school look like the children are doing well in academics.

Staff of the school should be paid early, as this will encourage them to be more productive to release to the students.

Cain should not be used on the students but their teachers can give them punishment.

As the Principal of a school, you should learn how to use good and polite word when talking to the students including their parents.
