• We must ensure that cryptographic keys are stored securely using hardware security modules or other security management systems to protect the blockchain.

• We will need to choose a secure consensus mechanism that is appropriate for the network, like proof of state, Byzantine fault tolerance, or proof of work that can help us to prevent malicious actors from gaining control of the blockchain network.

• We can be doing regular update consensus algorithms to address new vulnerabilities as they are discovered.
