What role does the teeth brushing play in the maintenance of our the health of our teeth?

Brushing the teeth daily plays an important role in keeping our teeth strong and healthy because, on a daily basis, many bacteria enter our teeth from the food we eat, and that food remains inside our teeth. Due to this, our teeth cause bacteria, and these bacteria make our teeth weak, allowing worms to grow inside them. That's why we should brush and protect our teeth daily so that they will never get damaged and there will be no risk of getting worms inside them.

Brushing will dislodge the food particles trapped inside the teeth and leave the teeth fresher and fresher. Brushing on a daily basis is very beneficial for us, as it reduces the chances of bacteria growth and makes the teeth healthy. Brushing on a daily basis also maintains the whiteness of the teeth and prevents yellowing.


What do you prefer? Multiple times brushing or single time per day?

I would prefer to brush two to three times a day because it also reduces the risk of cavities. Whenever we eat, we should brush after that because we have to eat two or three times a day. We will set up our routine like this and brush two to three times a day. So our teeth will be protected from damage and will also become healthy. That's why we must brush twice a day; it will remove all the particles present in the teeth. And especially at night, before going to bed, brushing should be done.

  • The angle of holding the brush should be taken into account whenever brushing.

  • Whenever you start brushing, leave the toothpaste in your mouth for about 30 seconds after brushing, and then rinse it off.

Yes, of course, our teeth will be shiny, and we will have a bright smile because if we don't brush our teeth well, they will suffer from yellowing. Due to which we will feel shy even if we talk to anyone. But if we take care of our brushes and make our teeth white and shiny, we will not hesitate and feel happy when talking about anything.
