Who is your favorite cricketer for ICC World Cup 2023 and why do you like him?

Babar azam is my favorite cricketer in the world cup 2023 who belongs to Pakistan. He is the current capain of Pakistan cricket team. He has been the captain of Pakistan since November 2020. He was appointed as a captain due to his Excellency. As he is just 28 but he is considered as the most talented batsman of this era . He is currently the number one ODI batsman.

The main reason I like him is his hard work, the way he has worked hard to get to this position is the most important thing. He was very fond of playing cricket and wanted to be a cricketer since his childhood.In the beginning he used to walk to the ground only to watch the cricketers and there he used to work as a ball picker. He is not only the best player in ODIs but he is also a very high quality player in T20I and he is currently ranked 4th in T20I.

Along with this, he is also included in the top five in the Test ranking. The main reason for his recognition is his cover drive, how he performs the cover drive so beautifully and how he drives the ball to the boundary line. Babar Azam is almost every other person's favorite player nowadays. He also holds the record for the most runs as a captain in any series so far.

What do you expect from your favorite player in ICC World Cup 2023?

I am hoping in this world cup that Babar Azam will perform very well as I have seen in the last few matches he has not been able to perform much and score more runs but I am hoping for him. I hope he will play very well in the World Cup and score the highest number of runs in this World Cup.

I am just praying that he will put in the kind of performances he is known for in this World Cup this time. He has been under a lot of captaincy pressure for some time now and there are many other pressures as well due to which he has not been able to perform much and not score many runs but I know that he is a very great player. And the day he plays with all his heart, he will surely achieve success.

At the same time, I want him to score the most in this World Cup and break many other people's records and set new records of his own, which he has been doing in previous tournaments. Apart from this, I and all other fans of the continent are hoping that he will represent Pakistan very well in this World Cup and will also perform well as the captain of the Pakistan team .

He will lead the entire Pakistan team in this tournament in a good way. And if any player from the Pakistan team does not perform well in a match, he will encourage that player and will not tell him individual things.

Is he from your own country or from another country? Tell us about his one best performance.

Yes , he belongs to my country Pakistan. He represents Pakistan in his game.
He has done very well for Pakistan in many matches so far but my favorite performance that is still vivid in my mind is 196 runs he scored in 2022. He made these runs in the Test match played in Karachi last year against Australia.

Babar Azam played this wonderful innings when Pakistan was in dire need of runs. Pakistan had to score good runs to win the match. Babar Azam scored these runs with the help of 21 fours and one six. He scored these runs off 425 balls as it was a test match so he used more balls. His strike rate in that innings was 46.1.

But he was just about to score his double century when, four runs before, he was caught and dismissed. But this innings of Babar Azam removed a lot of pressure from the Pakistani team and due to this Pakistan won that match.
