The Diary Game(August 13, 2023)

Dear Steemit community, welcome to the next episode of The Diary Game. Today, I woke up early with the sunrise and after praying, I took a walk in the garden near my house with my mother.

In this picture, you will see me doing exercise. I do one hundred pushups, not consecutively, but in sets of twenty reps. After each set, I drink water because our body is made up of seventy percent water, making it essential to replenish after a hard workout.

Following my workout routine, I always make sure to include a series of squats and sprints to help rejuvenate my body and clear my mind. I find that this particular combination of exercises leaves me feeling incredibly energized, calm, and totally at ease. It's amazing how a little bit of physical activity can really make a huge difference in one's overall sense of well-being.

I typically do my running on a track that measures 800 meters in length. During my workout, I typically run a total of 3400 meters before slowing my pace down to a walk for the final lap. This means that I end up covering a total distance of approximately 4000 meters during my running routine.

Upon completion of all tasks, I return to my dwelling alongside my mother. In an effort to spread positivity, I implore my loved ones to cherish and engage with their guardians, for they are bestowed upon us as a divine gift from the Almighty. It is essential that we strive to bring joy and contentment to their lives.

Reunion

Late at night, four years after we graduated from college, we met up with each other. Warm hugs were exchanged and we took the time to catch up with one another.

I had a wonderful time catching up with my college buddies. We have been through a lot together, from studying for exams to playing football on the weekends. Despite the occasional class we skip, we are all dedicated students pursuing our academic goals. Some of us are studying civil engineering, while others are pursuing mechanical or electrical engineering. A few of us have even chosen to specialize in software engineering. We come from various universities throughout Pakistan, but our shared passion for our studies brings us together as professionals.

I had the pleasure of indulging in a delectable dinner consisting of savory biryani and flavorful chicken karahi with some cherished friends from my past. Our time together was spent conversing about our differing outlooks on life, all while maintaining a level of respect for each other's opinions. The night was filled with laughter and the creation of new memories, as well as the fond recollection of past ones.

Following a delightful dinner, we bid adieu and expressed our sincere hopes for a prosperous future, eagerly anticipating our next encounter. Subsequently, my benchmates, Usman Waris and Sahabaz, accompanied me for a relaxing cup of tea, where we engaged in a lively discussion on various subjects of mutual interest. During our conversation, I took the opportunity to introduce them to Steemit, sharing valuable information and encouraging them to join the platform.
