I'm really glad to participate in this contest. I have a brilliant contest idea, and I can't wait to share it with this community.
If you have to organize a contest, what would be the theme of the contest? Explain it
The theme of the contest would be "What would you do if you became the leader of your country?". In this contest, participants will have to explain what problems they would solve in their country as the leader and the policies they would introduce to make life better for the citizens.
This contest would bring out the creativity of the participants. They would have to tell us how they would improve different sectors of their country's economy. Participants will be required to explain how they will improve healthcare in the nation, how they would improve security.
They would also explain how they will make their nation attractive to companies and investors and how they intend to increase the GDP of their country, as well as how they will fight inflation. The transportation sector will also be looked at. They will mention how they intend to make transportation cheap, safer and with little carbon emissions.
Education should not be left out either. Furthermore, participants will explain how appointments will be made and how they intend to fight against corrupt practices in government and society.
Why such type of contest is important to organize on the platform
It is important because it would bring out the leadership side of the participants.
I believe everyone has the capacity to be a good leader. Leadership transcends every aspect of our lives. There is leadership in steemit too. Leadership affects us in many ways.
Through this contest, the leadership ideas and style of the participants will be showcased. What better way to display creativity than this?
This contest would make us see the people's level of patriotism for their country, how eager they are to effect change and their passion for leadership.

Definitely. I believe this theme will improve the creativity of participants. This theme will make participants think like leaders, Presidents, prime ministers. Coming up with ways to improve the nation's economy and good policies that will make the economy thrive requires thinking, and this thinking spurs creativity.
Most times, people talk about leaders and what they did right or wrong, but they never really put themselves in the leaders' shoes and think about how they would have done things better.
There is no doubt that this theme has so much potential to improve participants' creativity.
Conclusion
Leadership is not just for a select group of people. When people see themselves as leaders also, they behave in a certain way that speaks well of them. They act right, make the right decisions, remain on good behaviour and they are aware that their decisions affect people. If everyone thinks like a leader, society will be better for it.
