After A long Time
At night I decided I had to lose weight. My weight has gone up to 112 kg which seems almost impossible to lose in my busy routine
So I decided that from now on I would devote some time every day to losing weight. Well, the internet has many uses
Exercise Craze
I thought I might as well get some benefit out of it. I searched YouTube for some exercise videos.
Since I am new to exercise, I came across a video, the link of which I am sharing with you guys so that you guys can also watch it.
Exercise in a park
So the very next morning, after offering prayers, I reached a park
The cool fresh air of the morning was soothing to the soul
Then I started my workout i begin it with high knee exercise.
The high knees exercise is the combination of the run in place with exaggerated knee lifts. It increases fitness and prepare body for more complex movements

It can improve power in your lower body
Then I did spot jumps. This is the jumping up and down or jumping in one spot
It helps in muscle development, coordination and improves bone density
After it i did mountain climbing workout
The mountain climber workout helps in burning calories and improves heart rate . It also targets your belly fat and help us to lose it and reveal our abs
As I progressed through my workouts, I felt a bit tired but also felt good that I was working on my health.
