Steemit Engagement Challenge S7W5 | If I were The Principal
I will have a meeting with the parents of the students and the teachers so as to discuss with them about how i will like to organize an extra classes for them. This will actually be a morning extra classes and after school extra classes. Then a Saturday class too. The morning classes will also help them to be coming to school so early. By organizing such classes, I will then entreat the teachers to be teaching what most of the students don’t understand or didn’t understand during normal class hours. By doing so, it will help them to catch up.
I will make it a must for every single student to have all of his or her text books and work books, that’s the exercise books. It sometimes happens that most students fail to perform better or well academically due to the reason that they either don’t have those books or misplace them. After making sure that every student has some of these books, i will then assign or ask their various form or class teachers to be checking and taking note of each students book every week. If in case there is a student who doesn’t have one, then I will have to call his parents or guardians and them ask them to provide for the kid or else he might be coming back home for it seems like he is not ready to learn.
The teachers will have to conduct a roll call or take notice of the students who report or come to school early and then give them numbers. Those students who fail to report early without any tangible reason will have to be penalized later in the day. By doing so, it will help make the students to be reporting to school early in order for them to avoid from penalized.
Neatness as they say is next to godliness. There has to be some form of neatness among all the students in my school. So i will be asking the teachers to be checking out and making sure that the students don’t dirty them selves very often. As we all all know most of them are kids so they will be found most at times playing. So i will be asking the teachers to be rewarding the students with gifts that’s mostly at the end of every week for those students who are mostly seen clean.
I will first of all try and allocate a day within a very week specifically for the purpose of sports. That will be a day for the students to come out and play or engage in whatever sports activities they will like to participate in.
The next thing to do to promote sports among the students is by contacting other principals and discussing with them how we can be organizing sporting activities for our students. Also, at the end of the day, we will then award them to keep their spirits high and going.

You have said well that you will organize a parents teacher meeting for them and will invite them to talk about the grooming habits of the students. This is a great initiative towards the success for the institutes and students as well.
Secondly you have spoken about sports that it brings anf connects people from different reigons of the world and this is damnn true my friend. I like the way of your thinkings. You have said well that you will provide peaceful and easy atmosphere for the students to make them feel relax all the day. In this way, they can perform well in every field of life.
