What is Bull market? Please explain.
Bull market is a financial market in which prices of assets go upwards, investors are positive and the general ambiance is optimistic. I say that because in 2020 it happened once and was huge.
Another thing is about bull market when many investors have trust that the trend will continue moving upwards; therefore, they are interested in buying securities thinking they will gain more value.
In most cases, bull markets provide an opportune moment for investment as they allow individuals to make lucrative returns from their investments.
What is bearish market? Please explain.
Talk of bearish market refers to a financial market with falling prices for securities such as stocks bonds and also commodities.
So many investors confidence tends to be low during bearish marketing thus causing uncontrollable waves of pessimism and selling pressure at the same time; investors during this period may choose different strategies like selling down their assets to minimize losses, going short on falling prices or shifting to safer investments such as cash or bonds.
How we can avoid risk and can make profit in both markets?
Normally when it comes to cryptocurrency investments they most be a risk to take even in anything you do in this life they will actually be 1 or 2 risk to take before you succeed.
But in terms of crypto market they are some ways to take so as to avoid losing all your assets first is diversification try and spread your investments across different asset and geographical regions to reduce risk
And again make thoroughly research before making any investment decisions and lastly invest what you can afford to lose.
