Hello friends hope you all are fine am fine as, it's a privilege to join this contest titled:Contest!! || Fundamental and technical analysis in cryptocurrency organised by @khursheedanwar I'll be glad for your time reading I'll make sure I write in a way you can understand,thanks dear friends.

When we want to understand the value of a cryptocurrency, there something called fundamental analysis which we must apply. It’s like being a spy looking for tips about how much a cryptocurrency should be worth. Here’s what we can look at:

• What it’s for: Is the cryptocurrency useful? Does it help solve a problem?
• How it works: Is the technology behind it strong and secure?
• Who made it: Are the people who created the cryptocurrency smart and trustworthy?
• How big it could get: Are lots of people interested in it? Could it become very popular?
• How many are there: Are there a lot of these coins or just a few? Do people want to buy them?
• Money matters: Is the cryptocurrency project making money? Does it have good plans for the future?
• Coin rules: What are the rules that make the cryptocurrency’s price go up or down?
• Community support: Are people excited and talking about the cryptocurrency?

For example I want to predict if the price of peppers will increase or decrease the value tomorrow in the market. I will take a look at how many people bought the peppers today and how many peppers are left, if it's small in number or many. If lots of people buy them and there are not many left, then the price might go up tomorrow because the peppers attract more buyers and there’s not many.
Technical analysis in crypto is similar. People look at charts that show how the prices of cryptocurrencies have changed in the past.

This might tell them if the price will go up or down in the future. It’s like trying to guess the price off by looking at what happened before.

But remember, just like guessing the price of peppers it’s not always going to be right. It’s just a way to make a good guess.

Fundamental Analysis (FA) is a long term decision making why do I say so is because Imagine you’re looking at a very big forest, its not just one tree you will see, there are a lots of tree in there which will take you a lots of days to view them all. Same thing with (FA) before we choose the long term decision making we have to Looks At:

• Financials: How healthy is the cryptocurrency financially?
• User Community: How many people use it? Is there a strong community?
• World Use: Can it solve real world problems?
  And we should Understand the long-term value.

Technical Analysis (TA) is a short term decision making, as I said from the beginning about going to the market to buy pepper ,you can predict the price if it will come down or goes up depending on how many peppers is left and how many people are buying.
Sooo in this short term we have to Looks At:

• Price Trends: Is it going up or down?
• Trading Volume: How much are people buying or selling?
  And our Goal is to predict short-term price movements.

Then for Traders who want to buy and sell quickly.Remember, both are tools to help you make smart decisions. Some people use long term while some used short term.
