What is metaverse?

I can describe the metaverse as a virtual reality, augmented reality and internet combination. This space is artificial or computer-generated and can be shared with others who might be physical thousands of miles apart from them but still able to talk to objects in it just as well as they could communicate with each other.

The concept of metaverses is still being developed but some believe that one day we will have all-encompassing digital realities which are completely immersive and interconnected so that individuals could work, play, socialise or even do business there.

Tell us some top metaverse projects in the crypto and which one is your favourite.

Decentraland (MANA) is first among the best metaverse projects in Crypto. In addition, The Sandbox (SAND), Axie Infinity (AXS) and The Centraland (MATIC) are also among them.

My most favourite one is Decentraland because it is one of the oldest meta verse projects with a large user base and active marketplace. Additionally, Decentraland is a blockchain of Ethereum-based virtual reality which avails content and applications creation, experience, and monetization. This means that it is also a decentralised virtual world where users can purchase, sell and develop real estate called LAND using MANA as an added advantage because it has its own cryptocurrency.

Also Decentraland normally uses blockchain technology to ensure true ownership of digital assets and also provides a platform for users to create and interact with various virtual experiences. It has really gained popularity as a platform for virtual events, gaming, art, and social interactions.

What is the future of metaverse?

I may be a new-born in the crypto world, nevertheless I’ve been in crypto for 8 months now and this has given me some level of predictability concerning the future. It is evident that the metaverse offers great opportunities as technology advances because more aspects of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) will be incorporated thus creating immersive environments.

This means that soon enough everything within the metaverse will get connected including different worlds or experiences so that individuals can move between them effortlessly; this could change everything about games development, entertainment industry, education systems among others even how people do their jobs.
