Good day steemians all over the world, I am very excited to participate in this great contest topic tagged: The drawing of our flag brought to us by @steemdoctor1, I want to say a big thank you to him for organising such a great contest. I will be drawing the Nigerian flag and making notes on what its represents.

The Nigerian flag is a beautiful and unique national symbol with three vertical stripes of the same dimensions which is of two main colours the green and white designed by Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi in the year 1959
Steps showing how to draw the Nigerian Flag
✨I started by drawing the 3 vertical stripes with a black marker, using a ruler to make it straight and decent.
✨I joined the pole to the side of the flag to serve as a stand
✨I used green wax crayon to colour the first and last dimensions.

The Nigerian flag consist of two main colours which are the green and white, the green which represents the natural wealth which is Agriculture bring the main machinery of human survival in our country. Nigeria is known for her massive natural resources, being cultivation of land and conducive seasons for Agricultural production. The white colour representing peace and unity. Nigeria is known for most ethnic groups in Africa with the white representing peace amongst the different ethnic groups.

The Nigerian flag is a national symbol that represents national authority and sovereignty. Flag shows countries origination and dignity explaining how the country came into existence and how it got the power and authority. So many places in my country have the flag mounted, the school, House of Assembly, Courts and embassy.
