The emotional blackmail has lots of negative effects on these kids, it makes them feel less of themselves, have a sense of feeling guilty that all the bad things happening in their lives is all their fault, they also have difficulty in making good decisions they depend on their parents to makes these decisions for them and make them back down in some responsibility too.
