What is Bull market? Please Explain.

Assalamualaikum, hope all friends are well. Understanding the bull market is very easy for those who have been trading, whether they are doing it for the first time or now. As I have mentioned in many posts that I am a crypto trader and also trade forex, so it will be very easy for me to explain it and hope you all will also like my explanation.

First of all, let's understand the meaning of bull, it is a short form of bullish market. Bull market means bullish market or bullish means when the price of any market is going up and we call it a bullish market. Now the bullish market is called the bull market.

If we talk about crypto, as BTC went from 30k to 70k right now, then we call it a bullish market. Here I am giving the example of BTC only but many crypto pairs are still bullish which go up day by day, but take a little correction in between.

What is bearish market? Please Explain.

Now similarly, if we talk about the bearish market, it is also clear from the name itself that the market remains bearish. When the price of any market, be it crypto, stock or forex, keeps going downside, then we say that the trend of the market is bearish, so the trend being bearish is called a bearish market.

Now let's take the example of BTC in this too, when BTC dropped from 69k to 15k, then we call it a bearish market. I am also sharing the screenshot with you guys below, which will make it very easy for you to understand.

How we can avoid risk and can make profit in both markets?

Now it comes to those traders who are losing money in their trades and want to learn, they should read this very carefully, there are different types of trades, I will explain only 2: spot and future trade which I am explaining.

It is very easy to avoid risk in spot trade but new users lose money here only because of not having patience, in a hurry when the market is at the top and the full bull run is ending, they buy and when the market converts back to bearish, they sell it and come out in loss fearing that the market may fall further and we may suffer loss.

That is why I recommend here that psychology is very important in trading, first of all improve your psychology, then start trading and buy from deep and hold and sell at the top.

And future trade is such a trade in which we can trade in both bearish and bullish markets, both buy and sell side, when the market is bearish then we can sell and make profit from that too, but in this also many people get greedy and take trade with high leverage and make loss.

The best thing for future trade is to work on a strategy and become an expert in it in which you should get risk/reward ratio of at least 1:4 or 1:5 so that if you win one trade and lose 5 then there is no loss no profit i.e. if your win probability is up to 40% then you will be in profit.
