AssalamuAleikum. I hope all of you friends are well. Before telling you the reason for the increase in inflation rate, I would like to tell you what inflation rate is. Actually, inflation rate is called the things which are of our daily needs, which includes food items or other necessary things, the increase in their rate is called the increase in inflation rate.

Now, as I am from Pakistan, there are not one but many reasons for the increase in inflation rate here, the biggest reason among them is that no government remains stable, sometimes one party rules, sometimes another and corruption is very high and most of the parties in Pakistan come to power only so that they can do corruption.

And if we talk apart from the government, then many such institutions of Pakistan are involved in the government which should not be involved and often it has been seen that the Prime Minister of Pakistan He has no value, his orders have no value, the poor fellow has to follow the orders he gets from the boss. Therefore, this is a big reason for the increase in the inflation rate because the government is not being allowed to do its work and no government is being kept stable.

Yes, of course the increase in inflation rate disturbs the life of every person, whether he is rich or poor, but it affects differently, like it affects the poor but not the rich in same way.

Now to understand this, I will give you an example that there is a person who is earning 25 thousand Pakistani rupees a month and there is a person who is earning 3 lakh rupees a month, then the effect on both of them will not be the same.

Now the household expenses of the person earning 25 thousand will be met with difficulty even in normal conditions, if we look at food and other matters, but on the other hand, the person earning 3 lakh will not have any problem in food and household matters in normal conditions and he will have extra expenses, like business meetings etc. and savings etc.

But if we look at this when the rate increases, then the person earning 25 thousand will not be able to manage his household expenses, he will face a lot of difficulties, but on the other hand, the person who was earning 3 lakhs, his household expenses will be easy and he will have some impact in the form of extra income from the work done apart from the routine.

To explain the point to you, I will give the example of fruits only that if the prices of fruits are increasing a lot in Pakistan, then every rich and poor should take care not to buy it.

In fact, the poor will not be able to buy it, the rich should not buy fruits keeping in mind the poor and this is such a thing that it cannot be held so much because there are chances of the fruit getting spoiled. So when we do not buy, the rate will automatically decrease so that people buy and they also do not suffer a loss.
