Introduction
The joy of every principal is to see their school excel in every educational aspects, but this I tell not all of them are like that, some are just answering the name principal without the responsibilities that comes with it, their aim is just to eat school fees and enjoy themselves without caring about the development of their schools.

Where as some are trying their possible best to see that their schools be among the best in their areas, this is the category I will fall in because if I was opportuned to be a principal I will do my best to ensure the growth of my school.

Tips you will give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of discipline in your school

Before proceeding disciplining student and children is very important to create a fun and safe environment for learning.
The tips I will give to my teachers regarding the maintenance of discipline in my school are as follows:

• I will tell all my teachers to knows the weakness and strength of every students.
• I will tell all my teachers to ensure that all school sorounding and environment are always clean.
• My teachers will make sure that all schools rules and regulations will always be put to practice
• I will tell my teachers to never compare students
• I will tell my teachers to create a bond with their students.
• I will tell my teachers to always motivates their students.
• I will tell my teachers to always respond to their students in a positive way.
• I will tell my teachers to implement a varsatile way of learning.
• I will tell my teachers to sometimes listen to their students.
• I will my teachers to always have a positive mindset towards their students
• I will tell my teachers to sometimes come up with ideas students will be happy about.

What will you do for the growth of your school in academics

They are various way to ensure the growth of schools. What I will do for the growth of my school academically are as follows:

• Advertisement
  Just like me who is from Nigeria I have seen various school sharing fliers advertising their school in it so I will do same I will also advertise it on all social media platforms give reasons valid reasons why their children should attend my school this wayy school will continue to grow.
• Going for school competitions
  I will make sure that in every school competition like quiz, debate e.t.c we participate in we will always come out victorious this way I will be able to maintain the growth of my school and also attract more students to my school.
• Parents and teachers communication
  I will ensure constant communication between teachers and parents telling them the challenges their children are facing in school and also how to improve their academics.
  This will help keep all parties to date about the behavior and performance of their children in school.

I will also ensure that they is a once in a while meeting known and Parents and teachers association (PTA) meeting, this way I will share the ideas I have for the development and promotion of my school, parents are also eligible to give their own ideas or suggestions in a way satisfying all parties.

• Maintenance of school
  Maintaining of School building and technical platform is very important for the development and growth of schools. It helps reduce lost of education time.
  To provide the best possible care for my my school I will ensure that all electrical equipment issue are resolved as soon as possible. Maintaining of electrical equipment are important to help the growth of schools. I will always make sure that all safety measures are taking seriously, not only to ensure that my students are safe but to also allow my teachers to continue teaching student uninterrupted. I will also ensure that all air conditioners (AC), fans and lights are always operational.
• Students Counselling
  I will ensure my teachers constantly check their students to know what is bodering them so as to reduce stress from them and also help them in anyway they can.
• Cultural Activities
  Sometimes improving the growth of a school comes in a very simple way Cultural Activities creating this cultural connections for my students will make learning fun while also transferring knowledge to them. I will ensure additional events are organised to promotes cultural awareness such as Dancing competition, Music competition infact all social activities in my school.

Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What will you want to do to encourage the sports boys and girls in your school

I think sports should be promoted at school level as I am a lover of sports.
Experience and research has has shown that most of the brilliant student in school engage themselves in one sport activity or another because all work and no play makes one gullible.
What I will to promotes sports activities I'm my school and also to encourage my students is that I will organise an inter sport competition comprising of football, Volleyball, Basketball, Running, Discuss, Shot put e.t.c. between all my students and teachers grouping them differently. Prizes will be won based on individual and team performance this way sports activities will be maintained, and my students will enjoy the school more and also open to compete harder in their learning objectives.

At least tell us about the personality of your school principal in your matriculation level
Honestly speaking the school I attended the level was very poor imagine ma being a science student but never entered the laboratory for one day "why" my principal does not care about it all he cared about was to collect school fees and eat he is not even paying our teachers well then some of them work their transfer and left to the extent of us having only one mathematics teacher in the entire school you can see how much of a bad principal he was.

I think with all this information given above my me I will be a very good principal 😍 and students out there will be happy to have me as their principal.
