Fasting has numerous benefits related to our physical condition. It was obligatory for us to fast on people, it is also obligatory on our elder grandfather Wajid and our beloved Prophet, so we all keep it as our Sunnah

For iftar, pakoda samosas are eaten and salad is served with fruit chaat and different types of sherbet are prepared along with it.
Fruits are also very important for us in Iftar, in which apples, bananas and watermelons are used.At the time of suhoor and all this food and fruit we feel very good.

Fasting gives us peace of mind and body.Fasting gives us mental peace which refreshes our mind.
Fasting removes all mental confusion as it refreshes us and gives us peace of mind and it also gives satisfaction to our soul.
