Friends, today I want to talk with you all about the fasting of the Holy Ramadan. The month of Ramadan is not more than of 30 days.
In the holy days of Ramzan, a person fasts for the whole 30 days. They keep only a few fasts and worship Allah. During the days of Ramzan, people offer charity and offer prayers at all four time.

What are the health benefits of fasting in Ramadan?

• Fasting of Ramadan benefits a person both physically and mentally.

• Fasting in Ramadan also reduces the weight of those who want to reduce their weight. During fasting, he can reduce his weight by eating low calorie food.

• Fasting also makes a person's digestive system healthy. Due to which the person becomes agile and strong.

In Ramadan, our Muslim brothers and sisters fast from morning to evening and during this time they stay away from eating and drinking and other activities.

To make oats, mix oats milk curd and fruit of your choice in a bowl and keep it overnight in the fridge to cool down. And in the morning when you add some syrup or honey to it for sweetness and add chopped nuts and eat it. It is very tasty to eat. And you will not feel weak throughout the day.

Iftaar

There are many recipes for Iftari. In this, people make different dishes of their choice. I love samosa for iftar. Samosa recipe is as follows

Take boiled potatoes, and prepare a paste by adding salt as per taste and chili coriander powder, steep sauf, coriander leaves, green peas.
Knead flour by adding moyan, then heat the refined flour in a pan and make small balls of fine flour and roll them in a circular shape. Then fill it with the potato paste we have prepared and deep fry it. Take the samosa is ready.
Then we serve it with sour chutney and tamarind sweet chutney.
